Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of OmniSeller and teezwonder.com (the “Service”), provided by TEEZWONDER LLC (“TEEZWONDER”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

OmniSeller is an analytics tool for Amazon sellers. It reads data you authorize from Amazon Selling Partner and Amazon Ads accounts and shows net profit, fees, advertising performance and inventory health.

2. Early access

OmniSeller is currently offered by invitation in early access, free of charge. Features, including AI features in development, may change during early access. Before we start billing, we will tell you the price that applies and you can choose whether to continue.

3. Your account

You must be authorized to connect each Amazon account you add. You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for keeping your login secure. You can revoke OmniSeller’s access from your Amazon account at any time.

4. Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law or Amazon’s policies, to access accounts you are not authorized to use, or to interfere with the Service or other users.

6. Figures, AI output and decisions

OmniSeller’s figures are calculated from data supplied by Amazon and the costs you enter, and may differ from Amazon’s own reports. AI-generated summaries and suggestions can be wrong, so review them before you act. Nothing changes in your Amazon account without your approval. The Service supports your decisions; it is not financial, tax or legal advice, and we do not guarantee any business result.

7. Amazon

TEEZWONDER is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Availability of Amazon data depends on Amazon’s APIs, which we do not control.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, TEEZWONDER is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending use

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken. On request, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
