This Privacy Policy explains how TEEZWONDER LLC (“TEEZWONDER”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use OmniSeller and teezwonder.com (together, the “Service”).

1. Information we receive from Amazon

When you authorize OmniSeller through Amazon’s official authorization flow, we receive only the business data needed to calculate analytics:

• Order and shipment data (quantities, prices, status)
• Financial events (fees, refunds, settlements)
• Inventory levels and storage data
• Advertising metrics (spend, sales, ACOS)
• Product catalog and listing details
• Seller account and marketplace identifiers

2. Information we do not collect

We do not request, access or store buyer personal information, including buyer names, shipping addresses, email addresses or phone numbers. We work only with aggregated business and financial data.

3. Information you give us

When you request access or use the Service, we collect your name, email address, company details and the email addresses of team members you invite. You may also enter product costs (COGS) so we can calculate net profit.

4. How we use information

• To calculate and display net profit, fees, advertising performance and inventory health for your accounts
• To send reports you schedule and messages about your account
• To maintain, secure and improve the Service

We do not sell your data and we do not use your Amazon data for advertising.

5. AI features

OmniSeller’s AI features (performance briefs, questions about your data, ad suggestions and alerts) are powered by Claude, a model provided by Anthropic. When you use them, the relevant aggregated business data is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate the response. Buyer personal information is never included, because we do not hold it.

6. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that host and operate the Service for us, including Anthropic for AI features, under terms that require them to protect it, or when the law requires it. Your data is never shared with other OmniSeller customers.

7. Amazon data

We handle data obtained from Amazon in line with Amazon’s Selling Partner API Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy, and the Amazon Ads API terms.

8. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to the people who need it, and secure storage of Amazon authorization credentials.

9. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can revoke OmniSeller’s access from your Amazon account at any time. When you disconnect an account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

10. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
